Minimum booking: 2 hours
Commercial appearances for photography and video productions are charged at $350 per hour, plus a $75 travel fee for locations more than one hour from Ballarat.
This rate covers Ballarat Santa’s appearance in commercial photography, advertising, marketing, and video productions. No additional appearance or usage fees are charged for the use of Santa's likeness in the resulting media.
TV & Media Appearances
$350/hr + Travel
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Ballarat Santa is available for television segments, live broadcasts, interviews, and promotional media appearances.
Ballarat Santa is experienced working with television crews and production teams, and is comfortable working to production schedules and direction.
This rate covers Santa’s on-screen appearance and participation in television and media productions. A $75 travel fee applies for locations more than one hour from Ballarat.
Corporate Promotional Appearances
$450/hr + Travel
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Ballarat Santa is available for corporate promotions, brand activations, shopping centre appearances, and marketing events.

Final pricing may vary depending on travel, event duration, date, and the type of booking (private, community, corporate, commercial or media).
For private and community one-off bookings, payment is required prior to the event date. An invoice with payment details will be provided once the booking is confirmed. Dates are only secured once the booking has been confirmed and payment arrangements are completed.
Commercial, media, television, film and photography bookings may be subject to individual payment arrangements depending on the production or organisation.
If Ballarat Santa is unable to attend a confirmed event that has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued.
