His costume was sublime (especially that garland of berries), but it was his gentle manner, patience, and sweetness with my four little girls that captured my heart. They all walked away, whispering to me that they were convinced he was absolutely 'the real one.' Honestly, if they never meet another Santa Claus again, he imparted the magic of Father Christmas to them for life."
